Therapist Position

We are looking to expand our team!


Marriage and Family Therapy Services (MFTS) has been an extremely successful private practice and has been around since 2015. We have a continual influx of new clients calling.


Are you looking to simply see clients, manage their care and not have to deal with the onboarding, billing or admin work? Looking to be a part of a collaborative team? Then this is the place for you!

We are looking for therapists who... 


  • Have training in working with couples and families
  • Are team oriented
  • Can see at least 8 clients per week up to 25
  • Are licensed in DC but MD, PA, VA and others are a plus
  • Have at least a provisional license or working towards licensure (supervision offered)
    • Open to those who are in a Master's program.
